Reality Check Reminders
Set a reminder interval (every 15, 30, 60 minutes) that displays a pop-up showing how long you’ve been playing and your net win/loss for the session. This breaks the “flow state” that can cause players to lose track of time and money spent.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a break from gambling for a set period: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During this period your account is suspended and you cannot deposit or play. This is the ideal tool when you feel you need a short break but don’t want permanent exclusion.
Self-Exclusion
